These reviews provide the client with our opinion of the quality of comparable selection, the accuracy of the comparable analysis and the validity of the final value conclusions as well as our opinion concerning the report meeting Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP) requirements.  Third party reviews can be beneficial in pre-trial discussions and in settling disputes over the validity of appraisal valuations. The reviews are performed by one of our licensed residential or commercial real estate appraisers.
